Stepping Onto The Front Porch: It's Time!

Since 2018, I’ve been pouring my heart into my business, crafting products, and curating wellness experiences rooted in peace, self-care, and intentionality.  Through pop-ups, farmers markets, community events and a brick-and-mortar, I’ve grown not just as a business owner but as a woman who knows her purpose.  And today, I’m happy (and honestly still a little nervous) to share that Vigueur Fragrances has officially been accepted to vend at Front Porch Sundays in Southend, Charlotte!

Let me be real: I’ve had my eye on this market for yearsss. It’s well-known, well-loved, and packed with energy, diversity, and an amazing crowd. The only thing standing between me and that application button was me doing what every small business owner does.. pulling out the calculator, running the numbers, and then running them again just to be sure 😅

I built this business with my own coins, grit, and grace, so every opportunity gets thoughtful consideration before I hit “go.” But some opportunities are worth betting on, and I’m excited to finally be joining the Front Porch family.

In the meantime, I’ve been blessed to be part of a market family that’s become so much more than just a vending space. I’ve formed a beautiful relationship with our market manager and connected with fellow vendors who’ve become like extended kin. There’s comfort in those familiar setups, in the laughs during slow moments, in the cheers when someone sells out.  That sense of loyalty is real, and Southend Farmer's Market is part of my heart.  BUT I also know that growth lives outside of our comfort zones.  So I’m stepping forward with gratitude and excitement, ready to expand, connect, and bring Vigueur to Front Porch Sundays.  I can’t wait to meet new customers, fellow artisans, and curious wanderers who just happen to stumble across my table and walk off lit with a candle (or three) in hand.  

I’m proud.  I’m nervous.  I’m ready.  And yes.. I plan to make some great money while I’m at it (because passion and profit are allowed to sit at the same table).  Cash or card?  🤑
