How long is the Workshop?

The candle-making process lasts anywhere from 45mins - 1hr, excluding the time it takes for the candle to solidify.

What does the cost include?

Cost includes a seat at the table and everything needed to make your custom candle.  Water and light refreshments are also served.  

What is your cancellation policy?

While we don't provide refunds, we understand life happens.  If you're not able to make it, we're happy to reschedule you for the next workshop.  Send an e-mail to within 24 hours before the time of your reservation with your desired makeup date.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Absolutely! Wine and beer only.  Drinkware will be provided for your convenience.  

Can I bring food?

Outside food isn't allowed; however, light refreshments will be served.    

What is the age requirement to pour a candle?

Because our candle pouring workshops include handling hot wax and fragrance oils, children must be 12 years or older to participate. 

Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign their waiver. A legal guardian does not have to be present, but they must have at least one chaperone. 

Can I bring my own vessel?

There is a significant amount of testing that goes into choosing the perfect wick and vessel combination to ensure safety and performance.  Because of this, bringing your own vessel isn't allowed.  We have beautiful vessels to choose from that we're certain you'll love!

How can I change my reservation?

If you need to make any changes to your reservation (date, time, number of seats, etc.), please send an e-mail to: with the subject line: Workshop Modification.

Can I leave with my candle after pouring?

Candles require 1.5 hours to solidify after pouring. You can pick it up after that time or we can ship your candle to you for $10! (contiguous US only).

Can I pour more than one candle?

Your reservation includes one candle, if you'd like to pour another, just let us know when you arrive and we'll happily arrange your additional supplies and payment.

My candle arrived broken, what do I do?

We are happy to repour your candle and ship it again.  Please send us an e-mail at: and include the scent you chose and we'll get it to you ASAP
