Refund policy
Returns/exchanges aren't accepted as candles are produced in small batches to ensure quality. I do however understand things happen and my goal is to keep you happy. Below is a list of possible encounters with proposing solutions:
1. If your order arrives damaged, I'll gladly issue a replacement. Please send any relevant information including order number and pictures to: info@vigueurfragrances.com within 1-3 days of delivery date.
2. Be sure to confirm your shipping address prior to checking out as refunds aren't issued for incorrect submissions. If your package is returned, there will be an option for you to purchase a label (at full price) for reshipment within 3 days from the date package is redelivered to me.
3. If you think you won't be home for the scheduled delivery, USPS and UPS has a 'Delivery Instruction' feature where you can authorize packages to be left in a specific area, with a neighbor or rerouted to a custom location. Simply set this up within the tracking details. **Please note that if packages are intercepted/rerouted, they are completely out of my hands and are not eligible for refunds.**
If delivery is missed and sent back to me, you can inquire about purchasing a shipping label to have it reshipped. This option is only available 7 days from the date package is delivered back to me.
4. No refunds on gift cards.
