At Vigueur Fragrances, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Each item is thoughtfully hand poured in small batches and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, we’re committed to making it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@vigueurfragrances.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)
Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or another appropriate solution, subject to product availability.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Products that have been used or burned
If you have questions before placing your order, we’re always happy to help you choose the fragrance that’s right for your space.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
