How quickly will my order ship?

After your order is placed, we will begin getting it ready to ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).  You'll then receive an e-mail with tracking information. 

If your order is delayed and/or tracking information isn't updated after shipment, please contact the USPS at: (800) 275-8777 or UPS at: (800) 742-5877 to inquire about delivery status.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

No, Unfortunately we don't offer shipping outside of the United States, at this time.   

What's in your candles?

Candles are made with a blend of coconut/vegetable wax, a blend of phthalate-free fragrance and natural essentials oils, and a lead-free wick.

What is a "note profile?"

A “note profile” is a fancy phrase for descriptors of scents that you smell when you burn a candle. Fragrance notes fall into one of three groups - top (introductory) notes, middle (heart) notes, and base (bottom) notes. Each candle you experience is carefully crafted with a combination of top, middle, and base notes.
