Shipping + Returns

Order Processing

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from **2–8 business days** after processing. Vigueur Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, **all sales are final**. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of items damaged during transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us **within 3 days of delivery**. Please email info@vigueurfragrances.com with the following:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
* Photos of the original packaging

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied. Once approved, we will issue a replacement for the damaged item.

Missing or Lost Packages

Vigueur Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to address errors or refusal of delivery may be subject to reshipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are **non-refundable** and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Policy Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase with Vigueur Fragrances, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping & Returns Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
