Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days after processing. Vigueur Fragrances is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Missing or Lost Packages

Vigueur Fragrances is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to address errors or refusal of delivery may be subject to reshipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
