Shipping + Returns


The timeframe for order preparation may vary, but typically, orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.


Anticipate your order delivering within 2-8 business days (excluding holidays), with actual delivery times contingent upon the method selected during checkout. In the event of a shipment delay, please reach out to USPS (800) 275-8777 or UPS (800) 742-5877 to inquire about the delivery status.


While we typically do not accept returns or exchanges, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and our priority is your satisfaction. Here are some suggestions and potential scenarios along with proposed solutions:


1. In the event your order arrives damaged, we're happy to provide a replacement.  Please send any pertinent information including order number and photos to: within 1-3 days of delivery date.

Replacements will be shipped 1-3 business days after communication has been made.

    2. Double-check your shipping address for accuracy before completing your purchase. If an incorrect address is entered, reach out to us promptly, and we'll make every effort to rectify it before shipping. Please be aware that once a package has been shipped, the courier may not accommodate address changes due to the limited window for corrections. If your package is returned to us and you request reshipment, you will have the option to purchase a shipping label at full price. The reshipment will occur within 3 business days from the date the package is returned to us.

    3. Should you anticipate being away during the scheduled delivery, both USPS and UPS offer a 'Delivery Instruction' feature. This enables you to authorize packages to be left in a designated area, with a neighbor, or rerouted to a customized location. You can easily arrange this within the tracking details of your shipment  **Please note that if packages are intercepted/rerouted, they are beyond my control, and unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued.**

    In the event of a missed delivery resulting in the package being returned to us, you may inquire about purchasing a shipping label for reshipment.

    4. Refunds are not provided for gift card purchases.
